1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "T&C", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 156bd ("156bd", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 156bd website, mobile web application, and all associated services including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and fishing games. By accessing the 156bd platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

4. Account Registration and Security

Each User may hold only one active account on 156bd at any time. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any associated balances. The following obligations apply to all registered Users.

  You must not share your 156bd account with any other person. Account sharing, account lending, or allowing a third party to use your account (whether for their own play or to disguise the identity of the actual player) is a prohibited activity under these Terms.

  You must notify 156bd promptly if any of your registration details change, including your mobile number or the mobile wallet account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) linked to your 156bd account. Failure to keep registration details current may delay withdrawal processing.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on 156bd are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 156bd supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), and other Bangladeshi payment methods as updated on the platform from time to time. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon successful verification of the payment by the relevant payment processor.

Withdrawals are subject to completion of the applicable wagering requirement on any active bonus linked to your account at the time of the withdrawal request. Where no active bonus is held, withdrawal requests are processed without a wagering requirement condition. All withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit on the account, subject to verification checks.

7. Responsible Gaming

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 156bd. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balance and pending withdrawals, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

  Fraudulent activity of any kind, including but not limited to chargebacks, use of stolen payment credentials, identity fraud, or providing false KYC documentation.

  Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or live casino games, coordinated betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, or any form of match-fixing in sports betting markets.

  Use of any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the 156bd platform in a manner that simulates human play, exploits system latency, or provides an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.

  Opening duplicate accounts for the purpose of claiming the same welcome bonus or promotional offer more than once. Each new player is entitled to one welcome bonus on one account only. Duplicate accounts created for bonus farming will be closed and all associated balances forfeited.

  Any attempt to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or pricing errors in sports betting markets (commonly known as "arbing" on mispricings) to derive a guaranteed profit. 156bd reserves the right to void any bets placed in evident exploitation of a technical error and to recover any funds paid out on such bets.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 156bd platform including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and game software is the property of 156bd or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The 156bd name, logo, and all related brand identifiers are trademarks of 156bd. No part of the platform may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of 156bd.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 156bd platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to resell or commercially exploit platform content, to collect and use any product listings or descriptions, to make any derivative use of the platform, or to use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction tools.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 156bd, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the 156bd platform, even if 156bd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

156bd does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors or interruptions, or that any defects will be corrected. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 156bd reserves the right to suspend, withdraw, or restrict the availability of all or any part of the platform for business or operational reasons, including scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, or force majeure events, without notice where circumstances require.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

156bd reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to the circumstances set out below. Where an account is terminated for a reason attributable to the player's breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited.

  156bd may suspend an account where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or any other illegal activity connected to the account or the funds deposited into it, pending investigation. Any funds held at the time of suspension will be frozen until the investigation is resolved.

  A player may close their own account at any time by contacting 156bd support. Upon voluntary closure, any balance remaining in the account will be paid out to the player's registered payment method, provided all outstanding KYC requirements have been met and no active bonus wagering obligations are pending.

  Where an account is terminated for breach of these Terms including for prohibited conduct under Section 8, 156bd may retain any balance in the account as damages without obligation to pay it out to the player. 156bd will notify the player of the reason for termination where it is lawful to do so.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 156bd is registered and operates. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

In the event of a dispute between a player and 156bd, players are encouraged to first contact 156bd customer support via live chat or at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. 156bd will respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through direct negotiation, the dispute may be referred to arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.

13. Amendments to These Terms

156bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, 156bd will provide reasonable advance notice to active players via the platform, by email, or by in-app notification. The notice period for material changes will be not less than 7 days from the date of notification.

Your continued use of the 156bd platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and may close your account as set out in Section 11.
